Rick, our CEO, is a visionary craftsman and has been working in construction professionally since he was 15 years old. His industrial journey began at a young age and grew into something legendary. Influenced by a hardworking grandfather and a deep commitment to craftsmanship, Rick chose to work with metal, believing that the effort put into a project should result in a legacy. Metal Mansions, under Rick's leadership, embodies this philosophy by delivering structures that endure.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Rick's heart lies with his family. In 2008, he married Crystal, and together, they have two beautiful daughters, Carly and Stella. The Lanes have transformed Metal Mansions Unlimited from a small team into a well-oiled machine, setting the bar high for efficiency, quality, care, uniqueness, and excellence.
Caleb Deike, our General Project Manager, and Rick's long-time friend, plays a crucial role in the company's success. Handling construction projects, customer support, and consulting, Caleb ensures a seamless experience for our clients. His roots in Mart, shared with Rick, further strengthen the bonds of trust within our team.
Crystal Lane, our CFO, hailing from Axtell, Texas, brings financial expertise to Metal Mansions Unlimited. Balancing her role as a devoted mother homeschooling her two daughters, Crystal manages all financial transactions for the business. The Lanes, along with their daughters, reside on the "Farm" in a home designed and built by Rick, reflecting the same quality and dedication that defines our work.
Ayden Lane, the right-hand man to the Lane family and Metal Mansions Unlimited, is dedicated to training and learning the ropes from his Uncle Rick and is an integral part of our team. Ayden plays a vital role in every project, demonstrating a commitment to excellence that mirrors the values of Metal Mansions Unlimited. He aspires to lead Metal Mansions Unlimited alongside his Uncle and is committed to growing the Lane Legacy.
